Shipping policy

Please read our policies in its entirety to ensure customer satisfaction and avoid delays in order processing.

For questions about orders you can contact our customer service via email at theroyaltskineffect@gmail.com. However, only emails about orders that were received damaged or orders that haven't been fulfilled after 30 days will be answered. 

Shipping information: Orders are processed 3-5 days after the date they are placed. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for your order to be packaged and shipped. Please note, this timeframe does not include weekends, holidays, and mail courier delays. Once your order has been shipped, please contact USPS about your order.

Pre Ordered Items: Pre ordered items are NOT ON HAND. Products that are pre ordered will ship at a later date. The time frame for pre ordered items is estimated around 2 weeks with an additional week for processing and shipping. 

Excessive emails about orders will not be tolerated. Please allow time for your order to be fulfilled and shipped. If it has been over 30 days since you’ve placed an order and still have no updates please contact us. Any emails about the status of orders under this timeframe are not allowed. 

Returns/Refunds: No returns or returns.
